Upon entering the checkout you will be asked for the card holder’s name and address, and the delivery details, if these are different. You warrant the personal information which you are required to provide as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name, or a name you are not authorized to use.

You will be then passed to our payment service provider, where you will be required to enter your payment information. Heart of Wood payment provider is RMS and PayPal. This is a certified secure area for your sensitive payment information.

We accept Visa, Master card, Visa debit, JCB & American Express.

All standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Our prices are set on our website in Pounds Sterling.

If you are within 20 miles of Heart of Wood you may wish to phone as there may be an alternative and possibly cheaper way in which we can deliver some products ourselves. Or if you wish you can collect from us.

Cancellations & Returns

Under the consumer protection requlations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. On cancellation of your order, for any reason, the Buyer must return the goods to the Seller at the Buyer’s cost. Where the goods are deemed to be faulty, incorrect delivery or because of unsuitable substitution by the Seller, the Seller will meet the costs of return and the Seller can nominate its own carrier.

All requests for returns must be made to Heart of Wood by contacting our office – telephone on 01885 483 083 or via email to Karen@heartofwood.co. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note, following receipt and inspection, if the products are deemed ‘not suitable’ for your purpose the Buyer is under a legal duty not to use the products and to take care of them. The goods must be returned to the Seller in the condition they were received in with the original undamaged packaging and paperwork.

The Seller will refund the full amount of the order, excluding delivery costs, as soon as possible after receiving the returned item.

When goods are returned to the Seller in a condition which indicates that they have been used or attempted to be installed after the Buyer has had a reasonable chance to inspect them, the Seller will consider the Buyer to be in breach of their legal duty to take reasonable care of the goods and reserves the right to recover appropriate sums from the Buyer.

We will not accept items back after 14 days from date of purchase under any circumstances.
